Do you offer telehealth sessions?
Yes. Telehealth sessions are available for adults located in North Carolina. In-person availability varies.
What is therapy like with you?
Sessions are slow, relational, and consent-based. Therapy centers presence, nervous system awareness, and listening to what is emerging in the body and emotions.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes. BCBS and Aetna. Blue Local and Blue Home plans are not accepted.
