    Embodied, Nervous System–Aware Care

    Sessions attend to emotion, sensation, breath, and relational patterns.
    I integrate EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) alongside relational and body-based approaches when it supports processing and integration.
    We move at a pace that respects safety, consent, and capacity.
